Due to seasonal demand, we are experiencing a very high number of orders. every order has a processing time and the full time will be allocated. If you require your order sooner please contact.
Orders can take up to 3/4 working weeks to process although can be produced and dispatched within this time.
When will I receive my order?
Once you've placed your order from Samantha Chong, you will receive a confirmation email. Each individual product will vary in the time it takes to prepare and dispatch. Our standard processing time to prepare your order is 7 working days but during busy and seasonal periods this may be increased to 10/14 working days. This is due to the hand crafted nature of the boutique and how long it takes to carefully prepare each order.

Once orders are ready to be dispatched, our standard method is Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery that can take between 1/3 working days to be delivered. Your order will require a signature upon arrival to accept delivery. All orders are sent by recorded mail for customers security and tracking. Unfortunately we cannot instruct the post service to leave the unsigned parcel in designated areas if you're not going to home.
If you have selected a next day service via Royal Mail Special Delivery, once your order has been prepared and is ready to be shipped, you will receive your order the next working day before 1pm.
If you have selected a guaranteed Saturday delivery, your order will be sent by Royal Mail via Parcelforce and is guaranteed before 1pm on the nominated day.
Sale purchases are sent normal first class and are not trackable for the reduced postage costs. If you require your order to be tracked and signed please contact us once you have placed your order.
I haven't received my order?
If you have not received your order and the processing and delivery time has passed, please contact us via email or telephone and we will happily investigate to see where the order may be.
In the event that your order may be in a waiting system during extremely busy seasonal periods, you will be notified of an updated processing time.
Collection In Store
If you would like to visit our boutique to collect your order and receive one of our beautiful craft boutique bags to transport your order home in, you can select this method at the checkout to override postage costs. Please also supply your contact number so we can call you once your order is ready to be collected.

Royal Mail 1st Class/RCD (1/3 business days)
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, clothing and accessories (pierced jewellery/swimwear/underwear) purchased from the shop floor or online can be exchanged or returned for a credit value. Personal sized orders and products that have been altered or customised and changed from the advertised piece are non returnable, all sales are final.
The return can be made within a 7 working day period from date of purchase or delivery with a valid receipt providing the item has not been used or worn or shows no sign of wear and are in perfect, re-sellable condition with labels in tact. Please note that your intended returned order/purchase will be rejected if there are any marks of make-up/artificial tan/body marks or stains etc.
In the event of a return, a credit value will be issued, valid for 3 months from date of return to be used by the customer only that is non transferable to another person. If your order has been returned by post, we keep your details on file once returned and confirm via email with the amount that the customer has on file. To redeem, simply email or telephone your new order. Credit values can not be used as a payment method for online purchases. Personal sized orders and products that have been altered or customised are non returnable.
For the exclusive hand crafted nature of the boutique and online boutique with limited availability of products, we do not operate a refund policy.
Please note that due to the visual operations of an individual's mobile or computer device, there could be some visual and brightness differences in relation to the product that you see online. All our products are photographed with professional lighting and are not uploaded with a filter screening the original photograph.

Please use a reliable method of postage to return your purchase as we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in the post if appropriate and reliable postage methods have not been covered by the customer. The customer is liable for any postage fees that you may incur to return the order back to Samantha Chong.
If any item of clothing or jewellery is deemed to be faulty please return back to boutique so it can be investigated for repair or replacement:
All deposits are non refundable or transferable.
Any reduced product purchased in sale periods are non returnable or exchangeable. All sales are final.
